I dont know what all the complaints are about. I had a problem with this app for all of 2 minutes, and I deleted and reinstalled... FIXED. I use this app on OS X, iOS (multiple devices and versions), and multiple devices, browsers, and versions of windows. All you complainers that cant figure out that you may need to reinstall an app from time to time? Your stupidity is not ANY developers problem. Keep up the excellent work, PasswordBox team! I love your app, depend on it, and recommend it to everyone! Adam Zalewski

Used to be one of my favorite apps but has gone downhill. So much so that I cant even get the current iteration to load. Its just stuck on the decrypting page. Please fix or else my next move will be to delete and replace with one of your many competitors. Im betting theres a capable one out there that can get their app to load.

I use to love this app because I have ALL my username and passwords here!! Now I cannot open it and its very very frustrating!!!! I really need to see my passwords!!!! Fix it PLEASE!!!! I am sooo upset!!!!

I used to really like this app until it stopped working and now I cant get my passwords!!! I gave it 2 stars in hopes it will get fixed soon and I can get my frickin passwords!!

The application not run on my ipad 3 when I updated to last version Please fix this problem in the short time pls

When it works this is great but every month or two it freezes in the app load process. No access at all, normally when I really need it. The only thing that helps is to delete and reload. How is that a convenience?

Great syncing across browser, iPad, and iPhone. Fantastic when it loads. Unfortunately it only loads about 75% of the time you need to use it.

Cant believe there isnt an update. Havent been able to use my app in 2 weeks. Think I should cancel, and just use a piece of paper! Get on the ball- please!

I use to love this program and now with the ios updates it has gone snaky and cannot access passwords...just freezes up..very fustrating

Its amazing! You can have your passwords on all of your devices and it can only be accessed by the master password you created. Not only that but you can have as many passwords as possible! Everyone gets a free premium account. BUT this app has competition. Nortons id safe app is the next best app. You get the same abilities as password box but you dont get Touch ID integration and its a little more buggy. Passwordbox and Norton id safe are the two best apps!

After researching all the password storage options, I chose this one, and I have not been disappointed. Has good windows/mac browser add-ons, which is important when considering a password manager. >I just wish the "login with Touch ID" worked.<

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get password box open, it just says decrypting. Im sick of this , then cant get my help....pleeeeeeese help !!!!!! Still trying to get in password box...Im done with it

The app use to be great, now it constantly loads and never opens. I really needed this app one day I was out handling business, all I got was the spinning wheel of death. I even deleted the app-re download, same problem! I loved this app at one time! Now regretfully, Im going to have to part ways.

Dont bother with this app. It will not open on the iPad!

I was an early supporter of and proselytizer for this app, which is well conceived and when all the claimed features work, is perhaps the most convenient password manager. However, development has always lagged weeks and months of browser updates. First they dropped Safari. Then they pretty much let Firefox users stew with semi functionality while apparently concentrating on Chrome. As for iOS, "decrypting time" seems to have steadily climbed, as others have noted, and has now reached infinity. I havent been able to open it since iOS 9 blessed us. 9.1 hasn’t changed anything for the better. The app won’t open, period. Developers these days -- they build a great app and then cash out, claiming that they did it in order to be able to make the app more and more insanely great, whereas what usually happens is this: there is LESS development, promises are broken, customers are left hanging, and the app fades away. Integrity is no longer to be expected anywhere these days, so just know that going in. And know that when you need help, you’ll be shuffled into a low-rent Intel-Security corporate backwater. Sad.

Doesnt work anymore. Just quit last month, just sit there saying decrypting. I NEED my passwords... What a pain.. Is it just because I use it on my iPad.
