Repeated disappointments

I was an early supporter of and proselytizer for this app, which is well conceived and when all the claimed features work, is perhaps the most convenient password manager. However, development has always lagged weeks and months of browser updates. First they dropped Safari. Then they pretty much let Firefox users stew with semi functionality while apparently concentrating on Chrome. As for iOS, "decrypting time" seems to have steadily climbed, as others have noted, and has now reached infinity. I havent been able to open it since iOS 9 blessed us. 9.1 hasn’t changed anything for the better. The app won’t open, period.
Developers these days -- they build a great app and then cash out, claiming that they did it in order to be able to make the app more and more insanely great, whereas what usually happens is this: there is LESS development, promises are broken, customers are left hanging, and the app fades away. Integrity is no longer to be expected anywhere these days, so just know that going in. And know that when you need help, you’ll be shuffled into a low-rent Intel-Security corporate backwater. Sad.
