App is god but it crash during login!

When I first got Password Box it was great! I loved the ease of the iPhone app and the desktop app. Then for some reason the iPhone app just stopped working. I couldnt get past the decrypting page which was annoying. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it seems to be working fine now, but I have seen a lot of people having this issue, so maybe its time for an update? Last update was in January. When its working I rally love the app...

Great on computer. Constantly gets stuck upon opening on IPhone; have to keep deleting and reinstalling to get it to open.

Garbage software now... Takes forever to login on iOS.

I dont know what people are complaining about the bugs and stuff like that. App works perfectly fine with me and is very useful. The computer version is way better and I use it all the time.

I got the "decrypting" message and it never loads the passwords. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Then everything worked for a while. It did it again. This time i didnt delete the app. I didnt use my finger print. I cancelled it and entered the master password manually. Then it loaded perfectly. I closed and reopened the app and used my fingerprint. It works perfectly now. I think there is a bug with the fingerprint functionality.

So the app hasnt been updated in over 6-months. Many features have been broken srince October 2014. Im pretty sure the development team abandoned this software. So glad I didnt pay for this. Also, how about being able to VIEW the passwords without being able to EDIT the content as many people are frequently, accidentally changing the fields......come on, get with the program and do some coding. Download 1Password if you want a fully functioning app with support that works. Disappointed in you, PasswordBox. Sadly, fail.

Used to be good. Now it simply stays stuck on the decrypting screen forever. Thanks a ton.

Does not work after IOS update , support is terrible! Its been weeks from the iOS push to 8.1 and nothing? Worst support if any at all. Take your money and just leave u with the problem. Very unhappy!

Never works. Hangs up on decrypting screen. Help team suggested reloading. Did that and still doesnt work. Fix it or forget it because you are wasting our time. I would give 0 stars but not an option.

As others have said just spins and spins on decrypting and forces you to uninstall and re download to fix. The browser plug-in good for your computer but this app is terribly unstable. 2 stars because its easy to use when its working between re-downloads

As an Sba its a life saver. Government paperwork overlap is a time killer, this helps with the multi forms they need to track your ever move.

I use PB on my ipads, laptops, and workstations. MY MOST FAVORITE APP. PB enables me to have different, extremely complicated, passwords (randomly generated using upper case, lower case, figures and numbers for passwords) on every site I use. If one is compromised, all the others are still secure! Easy to set up and use... This is a great App!!!! Ive tested many. This is the one I chose to use!

To whom this may concern, I used to love this app, and I still do. What would I do without it? Problem is, I cant open it anymore. Call it a bug fix or small glitch but I need it fixed. I dont remember my passwords on a daily and it would be so nice to use this app again. It doesnt even come up or load the screen. It just says decrypting for like- ever. Please dont take these reviews offensive. I feel like yall have done a good job and all these comments are hurting the makers feelings lol call me a softy I just wanna sound fair and not asking too much. I hope this gets read. Please fix, its just aggravating. Thank you :) the sooner the better

When I got this app a year ago it was great and I gave it 5 stars. However, i downgraded from those 5 stars to one star. I tried logging in and it says "sign in failed, an error has occurred, try again" I know Im typing the correct email+ password. Hopefully this gets fixed because I had very important stuff saved onto this app. And Im sure others have as well.

Once u try it Im sure youll not stop doing it and your important data youll store them on it.
