Do you ever even respond to these complaints? True Key doesnt even work and Passwordbox has been decrypting since last Februaty. This is ridiculous. I have to delete and re-load every time I need a password. Perhaps you could just come up with a simple transfer process so that we can get everything off these horrific events sites and into a real password manager program. Time to try Dashlane or something. Just ridiculous!
